"Never Again: My Cruise Ship Shopping Experience"
I bought a diamond while on a cruise and inquired about the VAT documents to reclaim my taxes when leaving Greece. Unfortunately, the store didn’t provide the necessary paperwork, and now I’m out nearly $1500. What a bummer! If I had known this would be such a pain, I wouldn’t have gone through with the purchase. I even tried reaching out to the company for assistance with the paperwork, but once again… no help at all. They sure are quick to take your cash, though.

I've been ordering Kallati jewelry for a while now. The earrings and necklace turned out to be a tad smaller than I thought they'd be, but the way the diamonds catch the light is just stunning and totally makes up for it. They're gorgeous! I'll surely be placing another order with them soon.

When I saw a sale on their website, I jumped at the chance to grab a stunning item featuring white and yellow diamonds. I'm really happy with what I bought, and the beautiful box and bag that came with it were a nice touch.

"Absolutely Adore"
Absolutely adore my new earrings!! All my Kallati pieces are stunning! The only reason I rated it 4 stars is due to the delivery time. I even shot an email asking about my earrings, and they just so happened to ship them the day I asked. I’ve got a bunch of Kallati items and cherish every single one of 'em!!

"Disappointed with the Sizing"
The reason for my low rating is simple: I usually wear a size 7 to 7-1/4, so I ordered a 7. I thought it would fit well based on the previous communication. However, when it arrived, I struggled to get it past my first knuckle on my ring finger. Now, I either have to pay to have it resized or just wear it as a pinky ring. I've bought several items before from Carnival Cruise Lines, but this is my first experience ordering from the website, and I’m really let down. I probably won’t be doing this again.
